Blog info

Hi All,  I hope you will enjoy trying out our new blog.  You have all been added to the users group as administrators, so that each of us can have full use of the blog and make any changes/updates we want.  This will be somewhat experimental I think for all of us.  My hope is that this will be a better way for us to communicate.  You’ll see that I’ve set up categories for “posts” (the messages we want to send, like this one is categorized under “visions blog info”)  I’ve set up the categories I think we need to get started:  cabin, beach house, legal/financial, calendar)  When you make a post, you will need to check the category you want the post to be part of, from the list of categories below the post.  I haven’t discovered what “tags” are so for now we won’t worry about that.   I’ll look forward to blogging with all of you!  Jane

  1. OK, heres some more notes: when you’re done with your post, you’ll need to select “publish” on the right side of page. Also, once the stream under a category has begun, you just need to reply to the initial post(s) and then if you want to see what the total posts are, just review all the posts for a category, e.g. this category is “visions blog info” Another tip, you’ll need to put your name at the end of the post for all to know who wrote it.
